The Managing Directors at Hanover Research are responsible for leading the business development team in its strategy and execution. Hanover hires smart, creative, and hardworking leaders that thrive in a fast-paced, transparent environment. As a managing director, you will be responsible for a team of directors and associates that are having daily conversations with district leaders helping them to solve today’s challenges around equity, program evaluation, and strategic planning.
As a managing director, you will also serve on the K12 planning team, responsible for new product development, go-to market and business development strategies, and strategic partnerships.
Currently remote do to COVID. Hybrid work environment available as well.
