The Role
As a Research Associate, you will support research projects that include literature reviews, policy briefs, peer profiling/case studies, and research briefs. The RA works under the guidance of Research Directors and other senior research staff to execute individual projects for K-12 clients. In addition, the RA will have the opportunity to contribute to Hanover’s proprietary online library of research on key topics in education, as well as the opportunity to work with other members of the research team to develop seminal thought-leadership pieces (such as white papers, conference presentations, and trends reports) that are distributed to K-12 leaders across the country.

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Economics, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience and who hold other degrees will be considered.
