The Role:

Hanover Research is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to qualify inbound leads and set meetings that generate pipeline for our sales organization. You will partner with the sales and marketing teams to organize and prioritize leads, as well as create targeted follow-up cadences that include both email and phone outreach with the goal of scheduling qualified meetings with Hanover’s sales directors. This position will require strong written skills, effective time management, and the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level executives. This role plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our firm. They are passionate about the markets we serve and are dedicated to high performance.

• Organize – Consolidate leads and create email campaigns to keep prospects warm.
• Collaborate – Liaise with our internal marketing and sales support team to ensure all leads are organized and responded to.
• Outreach – Tailor and customize responses to each inbound lead to ensure a follow up conversation. Conduct an initial conversation to understand prospects needs and schedule a follow up meeting with a Business Development Director.
• Prospect – Respond to and organize all inbound leads coming from Corporate Marketing Campaigns.

• A Bachelor’s degree, all majors are accepted.
• 1 - 2 years of full-time or part-time work experience; previous leadership, professional, or internship experience. Preferred experience with inbound/outbound scheduling and/or inbound marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling written content and present and sell verbally.
• Digital acumen a plus- particularly in using social media and email campaigns.
• Goal oriented and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
• Proven track record of building rapport and credibility with senior level executives
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Experience with marketing platforms – Chili Piper, Bombora (intent data), etc. – preferred.
