Hanover Research seeks a dedicated researcher to join our dynamic, experienced Secondary and Qualitative research teams with expertise in both qualitative and secondary research methodologies. The Senior Research Associate role will support clients across corporate industries. Qualitative research work will involve the design of interview guides, scheduling and moderation of interviews, analysis, and reporting of results to support our market research efforts. Secondary research will include conducting competitive analyses, product portfolio analyses, and market entry analyses.
The Senior Research Associate is expected to manage multiple projects at once and should feel comfortable reaching out via phone to prospective experts. This position will allow for the swift development and refinement of a comprehensive set of qualitative and secondary research skills and provide the opportunity to develop a relationship with a young and rapidly growing enterprise. We expect all employees to be intellectually curious, ambitious, and interested in assuming increasing levels of responsibility. This position will report to a Research Director within the team. Education Requirement
A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Anthropology, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
Experience Requirement
2-5 years of business or academic experience conducting secondary and/or qualitative research and writing professionally. Applied market research experience is preferred.

Compensation
Hanover Research strives to create compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable and fair. The compensation range for this role at the company is $53,800 - $65,000. Please note that the base salary offered is contingent on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our base pay range is determined by the role and the market.
