Instructional Advisor – K12 Education Hanover Research, Arlington, VA Remote Opportunity #Remote #LI-Remote   The Role The Instructional Advisor will support our K12 school district clients and be responsible for the creation of practitioner-focused toolkits, rubrics, professional learning modules, research reports and briefs, and other documents on a wide variety of topics. Work in this position will have a focus on projects that support client needs and requests related to classroom instructional practices, educator professional development/learning, and support for classroom teachers and school leaders. However, the Instructional Advisor will also support general K12 client requests when needed. Staff in this position are expected to manage multiple projects and tasks at various stages at once. The work will allow for the swift development and refinement of a comprehensive set of research skills to support our K12 clients.
